The Clark family have been growing apples and pears at Franklin in the Huon Valley since 1836.
They produce Frank’s Cider - a multi-award winning clear sparkling cider range made with quality 100% Tasmanian apples, pears, cherries and raspberries.
Frank Clark was a 3rd generation orchardist who planted many of the trees still harvested for cider by today’s 5th and 6th generations.
Visit the Ciderhouse and Café in Franklin, Huon Valley to sample the full range of cider and enjoy a meal made with locally grown produce.
You can also visit the Franklin Apple Museum or arrange to take an orchard tour with one of the members of the Clark family.
